Order

1. You are selecting the desired items

On frezzo.ch you simply select the desired items from our assortment via the button: Add to the shopping cart.

2. You order the desired items

Simply under the shopping cart icon on the right or the shopping cart above, as well as under "to the checkout" you can get to the checkout with one click.

If the products match your selection, press continue to follow the next order steps.

3. You enter the personal data

to receive delivery to the right place. If you already have a customer account with us, you can log in. Otherwise, you can register without any constersion or simply place an order as a guest.
The clear advantage of registration is that you have your order in your account even after that and thus easily get an overview of the purchased items.

4. You choose from a wide range of payment options

They are spoilt for choice with what way they prefer to pay.

5. Done

You can complete the process and hear from us within a few seconds that your order has been received by us. We take care of it immediately so that we can deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.

We are also there for you after the purchase.

Warranty services - usual bring in warranty

If something is not as it should be - just contact us. In most cases, we find a good solution. You have 2 years warranty on our products. Please note that the warranty excludes wear parts (such as brakes, wheels, sprockets, etc.).

Please note that we must also justify the goods for warranty replacement to our suppliers. Please contact us on the return shipment. In principle, bring in guarantee. Therefore, you have to return the item to your responsibility and costs.

Repair & Spare Parts

If something breaks or any other damage occurs - contact us (by e-mail or phone) to discuss the procedure. We try to find a suitable solution.

We have to charge everything outside the warranty claim. We carry out maintenance work and replacement of wear parts at CHF 80 per hour. We will of course consult with you before you incur any costs.

Shipping information

From CHF 50 we deliver the package free of charge. A small delivery fee of CHF 7.00 is due under CHF 50. Our packages usually leave our house with the DPD. At most also with Swiss Post, DHL and for bulky goods with logistics companies.

If you are shipping via DPD - we will provide you with a few options if you are not at home during the day:

  1. You have the package delivered to an address (e.B. to your shop) where someone is at home during the day
  2. You have the package delivered to a parcel shop and can pick it up there - your parcel shop nearby you will find: https://www.dpd.com/ch/parcelshops/show?searchtext=
  3. You arrange a new appointment after unsuccessful delivery. The DPD driver has left you a message about how else to get your package.
  4. You fill out a parking permit
