Die Glocke war nach einer Woche beriets unbrauchbar!! Die Feder scheint da ein Problem zu haben und es klingelt nicht mehr....

Hallo Nein, Das habe ich nicht gemacht. wie kann ich das nachholen? per e-mail? Obwohl ich vermute dass eine neue Glocke nicht die nötige robustheit aufweist

Grüezi Remo Die Feder mag keinen Zug nach oben vertragen. Daher, zieht man am "Hammer" der Glocke, hat die Feder nicht mehr genügend Schlagkraft. Wir wissen, das es schwierig ist einem Kind beizubringen nicht daran zu ziehen. Daher mag ihre Kritik bezüglich der Robustheit wahr sein. Wir würden versuchen beim Hersteller einen Garantiefall für einen Ersatz zu eröffnen. Sie dürfen das an unseren Kundendienst an Mail@frezzo.ch bitte mit einem Foto richten. Wunderbare, stilische Veloklingel für ein Kindervelo. Würde ich sofort allen Eltern empfehlen. Sehr einfach bedienbar, hoher, unangenehmer Ton, damit man auch optimal wahrgenommen wird - zum Schutz des Kindes!
