Why am I not being shown an invoice for payment options?

We will use your details to check whether we can offer the invoice as a payment option for you. This happens in the background and so the system decides whether or not to show you the invoice.

The reasons why the option to purchase on account cannot be displayed are as follows:

1. You have only recently moved (address changes are not yet available through all offices)
2. You have typed in the address or in the name
3. The company - to which the invoice is to be issued is not entered in the commercial register or the name does not exactly match
4. You have a negative entry with the credit assessment firms, a recovery or receive many reminders
