We ship our packages mainly with DPD. Since we do not only have a warehouse location, delivery can also be made with DHL or swiss post office or another delivery service. In the case of bulky goods, a transport company will contact you, as the delivery will be made by a truck.

With DPD, you can reach the package within 24 hours. Three delivery attempts are included. Of course, you can also track your package online.
Under a purchase value of CHF 50, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.--.

We'll be happy to provide you with a few options if you're not at home during the day or missed your package:

1. You have the package delivered to an address (e.B. to your shop or neighbor) where someone is there during the day
2. You have the package delivered to a parcel shop and can pick it up there - your parcel shop nearby will find you: https://www.dpd.com/ch/parcelshops/show?searchtext=
   or they complete the one-time authorisation or a permanent parking permit.
3. You arrange a new appointment after unsuccessful delivery. The DPD driver has left you a message on how to proceed.
